Kyle Lafferty notched morale boosting treble today as a Rangers reserve side trounced Swedish side Ostersunds 6:1 at Murray Park.
John Fleck was electric as he set up two of the Northern Irishmans goals, the other Rangers scored by Andrew Little, who played part of the game in defence alongside Ross Perry and Steven Naismith who curled a spectacular free kick into the net towards the end of the fixture.

But we've chalked up another win, another three points, another two goals and now we just need to win all six games. That's assuming you think that Celtic will win all of their matches.

The gaffer has today came out in support of club, league and SPL top scorer Kris Boyd as he seems to have hit a sticky spot in getting himself to a century of SPL goals.
Boyd has been phenomenal this season notching 21 goals already in Rangers' drive to league and cup success. He's been stuck on 99 goals since he hit his last against Hibs on Valentines Day as Rangers coasted to an impressive 3:0 victory.

There are no such things as easy games in the SPL as Walter is always quick to tell us, and so it proved tonight as Kilmarnock were a tough obstacle to pass.
Rangers were still without Bougherra and fielded the same team that started the weekend game but the team looked anything but settled in the early stages as they struggled to put any decent plays together and were limited to shots from distance from McCulloch and Boyd.
