Rangers have this afternoon been linked to a potential transfer of Pulhac just as he looked certain to join Spanish club Getafe. A transfer fee believed to be in the region of £550k has been mooted for the Romanian attacking left back.

Pulhac currently plays for Dinamo Bucharest and has previously been linked to Inter Milan and Barcelona in 2006 and had a deal to move to Spanish club Valladoid scuppered when the club brought in Asier Del Horno.

Respected blogger on Romanian football and former scout for Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Hannover 96, Radu Baicu, today confirmed that Dinamo are looking to offload Pulhac after they confirmed the signing of new left back Elias Bazzi.

Tweeting today, Baicu said described Pulhac as a; "attacking LB, decent on the ball, good pace, lacks consistency. lost motivation and played average football for 2-3 yrs"

Baicu commented recently that Pulhac, "...started again to look like a decent player, but the guy seems to have some serious issues and has lost the right moment to move abroad and away from the club that raised him."
